1.About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the website sunrisetelco.com and the Meta business application (the “App”) operated by Sunrise Telco Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201201005945 (979470-P)) (“Sunrise Telco”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or authorising our App to access your Meta assets, you agree to these Terms.

If you have a separate service agreement with us, that agreement prevails where it conflicts with these Terms.

2.The App

The App is an internal business tool used by Sunrise Telco to manage, optimise and report on Meta advertising for clients who have engaged us. It is not a consumer product and is not available for public sign-up. It accesses only the Meta assets a client has expressly shared with our verified Business Portfolio.

3.Your authorisation and responsibilities

When you grant us access to your Meta assets, you confirm that:

• you are authorised to grant that access on behalf of the business;
• you have a lawful basis, including any required consent or notice, for personal data you ask us to process, such as Lead Ads data or customer data for the Conversions API;
• your advertising, products and landing pages comply with Meta’s Terms, Advertising Standards and applicable law; and
• you will keep your account, billing and payment details with Meta in good standing.

4.Our commitments

• We use your access only to deliver the services you engaged us for.
• We handle data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
• We keep your account information confidential.

5.Meta platforms

Advertising runs on platforms owned and operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., which are subject to Meta’s own terms and policies. Sunrise Telco is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta. We are not responsible for Meta platform outages, policy decisions, ad rejections or account restrictions made by Meta.

6.No guarantee of results

Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, your offer and Meta’s delivery systems. Any figures we share, including past client results, are illustrations and not a promise of future results.

7.Intellectual property

Content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Sunrise Telco or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without our written permission. Ownership of creative work produced for clients is governed by the relevant service agreement.

8.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunrise Telco is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from the use of our website or App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law.

9.Ending access

You can withdraw our access at any time by removing Sunrise Telco as a partner in your Meta Business Portfolio settings. We may suspend access if these Terms or Meta’s policies are breached. After access ends, we handle your data as set out in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.

10.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

11.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
