Data Deletion Instructions

1.What you can delete

Sunrise Telco Sdn. Bhd. (“Sunrise Telco”, “we”) operates a Meta business application (the “App”) to manage advertising for business clients. You can ask us to delete any data we hold about you or your business that we obtained through the App, our services or our website.

2.Remove our access in Meta

To stop us accessing your Meta assets immediately:

1. Open Meta Business Suite and go to Settings › Business Portfolio settings.
2. Under Partners, select Sunrise Telco and remove our access to your ad accounts, Pages and datasets.
3. If you connected through your personal account, you can also go to Facebook Settings & privacy › Settings › Business integrations (or Apps and websites), select our App and choose Remove.

Removing access stops new data from reaching us. To delete data we already hold, also send a request as described below.

3.Send a deletion request

Email leong@sunrisetelco.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:

• your full name and, if applicable, your company name;
• the email address or phone number you used with us;
• any relevant Business Portfolio, ad account or Page IDs; and
• what you would like deleted, or “all data”.

4.What happens next

1. Acknowledgement: we confirm receipt within 3 business days and give you a reference number.
2. Verification: we may ask you to confirm your identity or your authority to act for the business, so data is never deleted for the wrong person.
3. Deletion: we delete the data from our systems, and revoke and delete any related access tokens, within 30 days.
4. Confirmation: we email you to confirm the deletion is complete, quoting your reference number.

5.What we may need to keep

• Records we are legally required to keep, such as contracts and invoices, for 7 years under Malaysian law. These are kept securely and used for no other purpose.
• Data already held by Meta. Campaigns, ads and events stored in your own Meta accounts are controlled by you and Meta. You can delete them in Ads Manager or Events Manager, or contact Meta.

6.If you filled in a form for one of our clients

If you submitted your details through a Facebook or Instagram form for a business we work with, that business is responsible for your data. Please contact them directly. You can also email us and we will delete any copy we hold and pass your request on to the business.
